This agreement exists between CARA (c/o Board of Directors) and vendor for Saturday, August 26, 2017. The vendor agrees to:

  • Complete set-up no later than 9:30 a.m. Leave no earlier than 3:00 p.m.

  • Vendor will be given assigned 12x12 spot & parking pass before start of event.

  • Vendor will pay CARA thirty-two dollars and fifty cents ($32.50) vendor fee.

  • Vendor will donate silent auction item valued at minimum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.

  • Vendor will abstain from the sale or distribution of any alcohol or drug merchandise or any item which may render harm or injury. No food, water or soft drinks can be sold.

  • Bring your own table, tent, and chairs. No electricity is available. Generators are acceptable.

  • Multi-level marketing companies, please contact Liz Kepner prior to registering to ensure no other representative from your company has already registered.
