CARA is in great need of foster homes for special needs animals (i.e. surgery recovery, bottle feeding, socialization). Also when space is a problem, homes are needed until the animals can be adopted. Please fill out an application as well.

Helping Hands

Gipson Clark, Avenell Newman, Jack Drennan & not pictured Richard Newman raised $450 for CARA selling baked goods, lemonade & candy. We are so proud of your great work!

Brian of Hull Photography presents CARA with $2750 raised during his Pet Portraits special.

	St. Mark's United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School chose CARA as their charity this year. There were 150 children involved in the project divided into several crews. CARA received many items on their wishlist and much more. Included in the donation was a filing cabinet donated by an office supply company and 50 packages of Heartgard donated by a veterinary group.
The winning group was Crew 12 who collected the most in donations. Crew 12 members were Annelise Barnes, Carley Huckeby, Omari Jefferson, Keaton Ledlow, and Thomas Taylor. The adult leaders were Cynthia Morgan, Carol Barnes, Lynn Downey. The youth leader was Merrie Claire Barnes.

"HOT" Dogs at CARA get some much needed relief!

Thanks to some generous CARA supporters 6 fans have been donated to help give the animals some relief in this stifling heat.
