Hewey - Hewey & his siblings (Daffy & Dewey) were brought to the shelter at the end of August 2002 with a severe case of mange & were malnourished. CARA is in great need of foster homes for special needs animals (i.e. surgery recovery, bottle feeding, socialization). Also when space is a problem, homes are needed until the animals can be adopted. Please fill out an application as well.
