CARA is in great need of foster homes for special needs animals (i.e. surgery recovery, bottle feeding, socialization). Also when space is a problem, homes are needed until the animals can be adopted. Please fill out an application as well.

Jerri Bennett and Janet Madden, met through an organization known as "Pet Theft Action" in 2000. They decided to start their own rescue group. Meeting Pat Sellers along the way, they became known as Clinton Animal Rescue & Adoption. Shortly after that, on March 31, 2001, Clinton Animal Rescue & Adoption became on incorporated identity.
